All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-4 work days (coloured/curly hair will be 3-5 working days)
Payment processing time takes 2-3 working days.
US -3-5 working days - shipping fee £25
UK -3-5 working- FREE shipping
EUROPE- 3-6 working days-shipping fee £25
Canada & North America 4-7 working days- shipping fee £25

For certain remote areas, shipping companies may charge additional fees for deliveries to remote addresses, and we appreciate your understanding. We will promptly contact you via email.
Please note that public holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, New Year etc, shipping and delivery times may be delayed.
International Shipping:
please note that international shipping may take longer than usual in some circumstances and may incur additional customs fees or import duties, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.
once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and you can track your order and review your estimated delivery date.
Raw Hair
- UK ORDERS - Please allow between 1-5 weeks for your order to reach you. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - For orders to Europe, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery. For all other international destinations, our shipping time frame is between 1--7 weeks.
