RETURN

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Step1: Contact abhairnet@gmail.com confirm your wig(s) status, please send some pics about your wig(s) and tell us the return reason, customer service will confirm your wig(s) if in original status.

Step2: Once your shipment complies with our return policy, customer service will send you a return address. Please do NOT send your return to the sender's address on your original package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide. Flat 38 Speedwell House, Hillmeads road, B38 9NN.

Step3: Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible and return. Any return comes with a fee. 

Step4: Our Service Team will follow up with your return item(s), once it is delivered we will continue a refund. 

Please note: Custom wigs cannot be returned or exchanged, this includes styling, plucking, custom cap size and bleaching. 

Items bought during a sale cannot be returned.



Damages and issues
You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.

2. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
